LAND TRASNPORT SERVICES

We operate in the international cargo transport, regarding export and import in the whole Mercosur.

In the case of Brazil, as representatives for several transport companies; Chileans, argentines and Brazilians, we are able to offer terrestrial transport whether in import or export. This tight relation give us the advantage of being capable of offering the best rates in the market.

We do operate dangerous products, reefer and dry cargoes in general. We are in the oversized products and project cargoes as well.

 Our services:

1. Full loaded cargoes - Transport services “door to door” with conventional trucks, wagon, reefer trucks, all of them with the dimensions and adequate capacity.

2. We provide the efficient and duly trained personnel to handle any kind of merchandises.

3. Consolidated cargo –Service transport for consolidated cargoes with weekly departures from Brazil, Argentine, Uruguay with the final destiny to Santiago, Chile. In this case the products are delivered in our Particular Warehouses in San Pablo, Buenos Aires and Montevideo and once the cargo is consolidated, they follow Chilean frontier. For documental purposes in Uruguaiana we issue the customs clearance papers as the MIC DTA for transports  from Brazil and in Buenos Aires we do the MIC DTA for those who come from Argentina to smooth the entrance to Chile. Once in Chilean territory, the vehicle and its cargo transits with MIC DTA directly to the terrestrial port of Los Andes where the cargo is kept in a Primary Zone warehouse for 24 hours free of charges until the corresponding import process. After that, good can be released to the final owner.

We count on departures every Friday for terrestrial transport of consolidated cargo from and to Montevideo, Uruguay, San Pablo, Brazil and Buenos Aires, Argentina with final destiny to Santiago and vise versa.

4. Delivery or release of goods in any stage or control point..

5. The issuance of the Terrestrial Bill of Lading (CRT), can be done at the same time so at origin, frontier and or destiny using and specialized software called TRANSOFT.

6. We put in action a highly specialized team, with a wide operational support which controls and provide the information as follows: delivery date, transport location, arrival to frontier and finale destiny. Number of RE and SD as well.

7. Complete and integral customs clearance at any frontier.



Transport modalities :

REGULAR TRANSPORTS

For dry general cargo, we can offer to your disposal trucks of the Sider kind and conventional trucks with low hand rails or bulk ones.

REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT

We put on disposal, for this kind of goods, reefer isothermal trucks with refrigeration components that allow to keep and control the adequate temperature from loading point and to the final destiny. The refrigeration equipments  have autonomous engines to maintain the energy during 24 hours, whether the truck is in operation or not.

TRANSPORT FOR PROJECTS AND OVERSIZED CARGOES

For those cargoes that might exceed normal weight, width, long and or height, we offer modern transport equipments from and to any point. Besides we count on every International License to transport this special kind of merchandise, which are considered as highly complex operations.

TRANSPORT OF CHEMICAL AND HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS

Terra Cargo and its pool of providers and partners posses all certificates required by law for this particular kind of products, so we present the best  alternative though covenants with the companies to move:
